About the Restaurant
Dylan is a space created to combine food with rock music. The style of the food is quite reminiscent of Greek cuisine, however it is also influenced by some international techniques and ingredients that are not Greek but are used to achieve the most delicious result possible for our guests. In the interior space, there is only a bar that houses the restaurant's kitchen from the inside and our guests from the outside, while in the outdoor area there are tables on Agia Zoni's pedestrian street. In our restaurant, one can enjoy wines from Greek vineyards, or beers and spirits from Greek breweries and small Greek producers respectively.
