Handmade pasta dishes such as Lasagnoto Gamberi & Parma or Paccheri Mare & Monti are crafted with top-quality Italian ingredients like fresh Tuscan sausages, 24-month-aged Prosciutto Crudo di Parma, and burrata cheese. Among the main courses, the Straccetti & Porcini (tender beef fillets with royal mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and stracciatella cheese), the Conchiglioni Ripiene & Peperoni (pasta shells stuffed with ricotta, chicken, and spinach in a sweet pepper sauce, baked with freshly grated Parmigiano), and the Pappardelle Mare & Monti (pappardelle pasta with porcini mushrooms, shrimp, Parmigiano sauce, and lemon zest) are just a few of the dishes that will make you want to plan your next visit to VITELLO very soon.
