About the Restaurant

The striking gastronomic impressions of a roadtrip that spanned six weeks, thirty-nine states and twenty-one thousand kilometers across the U.S. ignited the spark of inspiration.​We built our smokers, searched our souls and opened our doors in 2019. We've been keeping the fire burning​ever since.
