Anthes Restaurant bears the signature of executive chef Ippokratis Anagnostelis and serves casual yet refined gastronomic dishes with Greek roots and bold Japanese influences. Entering the space through the large, open entrance, the first thing that catches the eye is the layout: not one, not two, but three different levels, each decorated with its own distinct details, yet all featuring cherry wood adorned with embossed geometric patterns.

As for the flavours, the common denominator across all dishes is creativity, originality, and bold yet balanced contrasts. Ensuring this is executed correctly—at least in most dishes—is head chef Konstantina Panagiotopoulou.
